System products.

In the end, a system has to work and stay in function … this over usage and life time and according to prespecified operation.

The definition of design, of tolerances, of product and process steps and parameter, the coordination of compatibility and interfaces are basics for later system product success and high product quality. Hardware and software must be customized and finetuned for withstand functional requirements, safety and stress tests, not only during pre-testing and homologation work, also later in operation for prespecified intended usage.

Machines.

We only use standard machines and robotics of the latest generation – with appropriate certifications and approvals according to
EU Fire protection and machinery directive.

All machines are equipped with teaching software, simple parameter and interface configurator, for reduced set-up and modification time, for individual production work flow and manufacturing steps, for pre-programmed processes as like as for flexible and adjustable tooling and carriers.

The production machines are process-guided, regulated and monitored via measuring stages according to requirements. Faulty parts with deviation outside tolerances lead to the controlled return and deflection of components for rework handling.

About us.

The management team consists out of 2 experts with >15 years market and technology experience and >25 years management experience.

Our core engineering team with local experts from the Technology Region Lausitz – Cottbus, is qualified for chemical technologies, battery industry, mechanical engineering with industry 4.0 as like as for sustainable energy production … in theory and practice.

For the production team we use experienced plant and machine driver, operators and electricians.

Projects will be supported “on-demand” by experts („capacities“) with highest expertise, topic-specific experience and extensive practical references … from a network of German high-tech manufacturers and local universities.

We integrate on demand and if possible international technology partner, with premium references for Green Mobility Mission over the last 10 years.

Summary: Wave Line Technology can cover tasks and challanges in the fields of mechanics, mechanical engineering, metal piece coating, microelectronics, battery electronics, thermal management, lithium ion cell and battery production as well as safety technologies (fire foam).
